Many taxpayers don’t stop to consider the tax consequences of their personal and business decisions until after the year has ended. I encourage my clients to contact me any time during the year when they’re confronted with a situation that has a potential tax impact.

I stay informed of any significant tax law change at the Federal and State levels and notify my clients of any impact on their individual and business tax liabilities. I prepare quarterly tax projections for many of my small business clients tp assist them in compliance with estimated tax requirements.
